Mitch and Shoebox Scanning were great. Mitch was very sensitive to our family's needs, including working with individuals in multiple locations. My aunt in Lethbridge is the custodian of the photos. That said, tech is not her forté. I was able to coordinate pick up, scanning and return with Mitch from my home in Saskatoon. He also took the time to walk my aunt through working a USB key with her computer, while additionally setting up the photos in a Google Drive that I was able to transfer into my ownership and share with the rest of the family. Given the need and the opportunity, I would definitely work with Shoebox Scanning again.
